A new report by the Commonwealth Fund looks at state-by-state employer provided health care between the years 2003 and 2010 and finds employee annual share of premiums increased by 63 percent nationally. On average, the cost of employer based health care premiums increased by 50 percent overall.
When it comes to Wisconsin the report finds that Wisconsin has the 15th highest single person deductible and the 11th highest family deductible. The average Wisconsin family health insurance premium was $9,562 in 2003 jumping by 52 percent to $14,542 in 2010....
