FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WTAQ) - A complaint has been filed with the state Justice Department that accuses state Senate Republican Randy Hopper of not living in his district.
Dawn Meyer filed the complaint, which comes in the midst of an effort to recall the Fond du Lac lawmaker.
