CapTimes : On Topic: Walker moves to withdraw state's defense of domestic partnership law

6/4/2013 - So what happened?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Walker seems to imitating Obama but as usual - got it backwards about the constitution!
From source -
In his motion, filed late Friday in Dane County Circuit Court, the governor also asks that, if Judge Daniel Moeser refuses to grant his motion to withdraw from the case, he be allowed to change the state's position and declare the domestic partner registry unconstitutional.
3/30: April Fool may actually be a Republican - WI Press Release
3/30: The title (click) will take you to TheWheelerReport.com link to the press release!
This just did not seem real so I worked back from the tweet of a reporter to find out that it was listed on TheWheelerReport.com as of 6:30am this morning under Act 10/Court Hearing.  There have been no denials published.  It also does exist on the local website of the GOP and was similar to other press releases on the site - in style.  It is always possible they were hacked - so I wanted to be very cautious.  It could be an early April Fool's Day Joke - my first thought!
Do you want impartial government or appointees on a political leash?
3/21: A rumor: does anyone have the resources to "refudiate" -  The Walker Administration is using the 37 appointee positions secured by his Budget Repair to replace "public information officers" with appointees with the intent to be able to better control the message (across several/all state agencies)???
