Wisconsin Capitol 3/9/11 ~5:45pm all entrances closed except King St

It may just have been a coordination issue - but police were not allowing people in - did they not know that the legislature was in session (pulling fast one) - most of the 500-1000 people just found out about 5pm - then it changed they started letting us in!  Over on N. Hamilton entrance they physically ejected people and closed the doors ~5:40pm.  Picture is King St with chants of "Let us in!"
