Assembly person Rob Brooks is by no means a person to decide what is "healthy" for people. His occupation was tavern owner and his physique defnitely has the appearance of less than healthy. Nor is Rob Brooks a person to be talking about what is fraudulent and what is not. See for yourself here:

I read the comment and watched the video. I do not have in depth knowledge of the particulars but they seem reasonably credible. I welcome any insights others may have!?
